Last updated: 19 September 2026
Welcome to 315Apologia.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the 315Apologia website, online store and digital products.
By using our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Our products may include digital flashcards, notes, study materials, educational resources and other digital learning products.

2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
-
Use the website for unlawful purposes
-
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts
-
Interfere with the security or operation of the website
-
Introduce malicious code, viruses or other harmful material
-
Use automated systems to interfere with or abuse the website
-
Attempt to obtain products or resources through fraudulent means
-
Copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit our content without permission
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, business, customers or digital resources.
3. Accounts
Certain features or products may require you to provide an email address or create an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.
You must not share, sell, transfer or otherwise provide your account or product access to another person where doing so is not permitted by the applicable product terms.
If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, please contact us at:
hello@315apologia.com
4. Our Digital Products
315Apologia primarily provides digital products.
Product descriptions, features, included resources and access arrangements will be described on the relevant product page or communicated to you before purchase.
Because our products are digital, you will not receive a physical product unless a product is specifically described as including one.
We may update or improve our products from time to time. Where an update forms part of the product you purchased, we may provide it through the relevant delivery or access system.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions are accurate. If a digital product does not conform to the contract or does not meet the rights provided to you by applicable law, you may have statutory remedies.
UK consumer law provides statutory protections for digital content, including requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with its description. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits those rights.
5. Educational Information
315Apologia provides educational resources intended to help users study and understand Christian theology, apologetics, Scripture and related subjects.
Our resources are educational in nature and are not intended to constitute professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for how you use and apply information contained in our resources.
6. Purchasing Products
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
Your order will be subject to acceptance and successful payment processing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
A product has been listed incorrectly
-
There has been an obvious pricing or technical error
-
Payment cannot be authorised
-
We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
-
We are unable to provide the product
-
The order would otherwise breach these Terms
If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid for the cancelled product unless another remedy is required by law.
7. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
We may change prices, discounts and promotions from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required to correct an obvious error.
Payment is processed through the payment methods made available through our Shopify store.
You must provide accurate information necessary to complete your purchase.
8. Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, we will provide access to the purchased digital product using the delivery method described on the relevant product page or during checkout.
This may include access through a third-party digital learning or study platform.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and following reasonable instructions required to access your purchase.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve genuine access problems.
If you cannot access a product you have purchased, contact:
hello@315apologia.com
9. Immediate Digital Access and Cancellation
Where a digital product is supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly agree that we can begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you may lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right where the law provides for that loss.
We will provide the relevant information and obtain the required consent or acknowledgement through the applicable purchasing process.
If the required legal requirements for immediate digital supply have not been satisfied, your statutory cancellation rights will not be affected by these Terms.
UK rules for digital downloads and streaming require businesses to obtain appropriate confirmation before immediate supply if they intend the consumer to lose the 14-day cancellation right.
10. Refunds and Faulty Digital Content
Our Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellation requests are handled.
Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
If digital content is faulty, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
We will deal with valid issues in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For refund or access enquiries, contact:
hello@315apologia.com
11. Product Access and Personal Use
Unless a product page or separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, purchases provide you with a personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital resources for your own personal educational use.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
-
Share purchased resources publicly
-
Sell or redistribute purchased resources
-
Upload purchased resources to public websites
-
Give purchased resources to other people
-
Reproduce substantial portions of the resources for commercial use
-
Create a competing commercial product from our resources
-
Distribute copies of our flashcards, notes or other digital materials
-
Circumvent systems designed to control authorised access
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of 315Apologia's underlying intellectual property to you.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the 315Apologia website, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, educational materials, flashcards, notes, systems and other original content are owned by or licensed to 315Apologia.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
You may use purchased resources for the personal purposes permitted by these Terms and the applicable product description.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, licence, publish or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
13. Creator and Third-Party Content
Some future or existing resources may incorporate content, quotations, references or educational material relating to third-party creators, authors, speakers or organisations.
Where third-party material is used, 315Apologia does not claim ownership of intellectual property that belongs to those third parties.
Any use of third-party material is subject to the applicable rights, permissions and legal requirements.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Some products may be delivered, accessed or supported through third-party services, such as digital learning platforms or payment providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Your use of a third-party service may therefore be subject to both these Terms and the third party's applicable terms.
We are not responsible for changes to a third-party service that are outside our reasonable control.
Where a third-party service is necessary to deliver a product you have purchased, we will take reasonable steps to help resolve genuine access issues.
15. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
These links are provided for convenience or additional information.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
16. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and digital services available and functioning properly.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website or any third-party service will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from errors.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, security issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
17. Errors and Changes
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate.
However, occasional typographical, technical or pricing errors may occur.
If we identify an obvious error affecting an order before or after purchase, we may contact you to correct the issue or, where appropriate, cancel the affected order and provide a refund.
We may also update website content, product descriptions and features from time to time.
Changes to a product will not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
18. Reviews and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, suggestion or other feedback to 315Apologia, you confirm that you have the right to provide it.
By submitting feedback, you grant 315Apologia permission to use it for legitimate business purposes, including displaying or promoting the relevant feedback, subject to applicable law.
We may remove or decline to publish feedback where we reasonably consider it inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, abusive or otherwise unsuitable.
We will not falsely present a review or testimonial as being from a customer who did not provide it.
19. Prohibited Activities
You must not use our website, products or services to:
-
Commit or facilitate unlawful activity
-
Circumvent access controls
-
Obtain paid resources without paying
-
Share paid resources without permission
-
Distribute our resources publicly
-
Infringe intellectual property rights
-
Introduce malware or harmful code
-
Attempt to disrupt our website or services
-
Fraudulently obtain refunds or products
-
Impersonate another person
-
Misrepresent your relationship with 315Apologia
We may take reasonable action where we believe these Terms have been seriously or repeatedly breached.
20. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account or digital product where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated misuse, fraud, unauthorised distribution, security concerns or material breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination or suspension does not affect rights or obligations that have already arisen.
Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights.
21. Liability
We are responsible for losses that we are legally required to be responsible for.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Breach of statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded
-
Faulty or misdescribed digital content where liability cannot lawfully be excluded
-
Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited
Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed or for losses that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include significant technical failures, internet or telecommunications problems, cyber incidents, third-party platform outages, government action, natural disasters or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such an event affects your purchase, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its impact.
23. Privacy
Our processing of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that Privacy Policy.
24. Complaints
If you have a problem with a product, purchase or service, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue.
Email: hello@315apologia.com
Please include enough information for us to identify your purchase and understand the issue.
We aim to deal with complaints fairly and reasonably.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any legal rights available to you.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of the country in which you live where applicable.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date shown at the top.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that you have already acquired.
Where the law requires us to provide notice of a material change, we will do so in the appropriate manner.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it lawful where possible.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and 315Apologia concerning your use of our Services and purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections provided to consumers by law.
